Plimoth Matuxet Musuems brings to life the stories of the Native Wompanoag and the English colonists known as pilgrims, and their interaction in 17th-century New England. Major exhibits include the Patuxet Homesite, 17th-Century English Village, Mayflower II and Plimoth Gist Mill. Engage in conversation with Museum interpreters and role players. Step aboard the decks of the recently restored May- flower II, a full-scale reproduction of the orignal Mayflower, and gain insights into this ship as a powerful symbol of freedom and self-determination.
